At Rossini, desserts are not just an end: they are a celebration. Homemade, made with care and with recipes that respect tradition, we invite you to discover the sweetest end of our menu.

At Rossini, we know that after a good meal, dessert isn’t just a formality. It’s a pause, a treat, a way to extend the moment with something delicious. That’s why we make our homemade desserts the way they’ve always been made: with quality ingredients, time, and care.

Today, we present them to you one by one, so you can start choosing your favourite (though we warn you: picking just one isn’t easy).

Tiramisu: a taste of Italy in every spoonful

Fluffy, creamy, and with that unmistakable flavour of freshly brewed coffee. Our tiramisu follows the traditional Italian tiramisu recipe, just like the nonnas used to make. With real mascarpone, soaked sponge, and a dusting of cocoa on top, it’s the kind of dessert that seems simple… but lingers in memory.

Panna cotta: light, smooth, delicious

This dessert from northern Italy has the magic of something simple done well. Panna cotta is creamy yet light, and we serve it with a red berry sauce that gives just the right touch of freshness. Ideal for ending a meal without feeling heavy. Delicate and perfect.

Crema catalana: a timeless classic

Yes, it’s not Italian — but we simply couldn’t leave it out. Crema catalana is one of those desserts you’ve known forever. Creamy, aromatic, with cinnamon and lemon zest, and that crunchy layer of caramelised sugar that cracks under the spoon. A beloved classic that never fails.

Brownie: for those who never say no to chocolate

Some days, only chocolate will do. Our homemade brownie is rich, fudgy, slightly molten in the centre and served with vanilla ice cream. The contrast between hot and cold, intense and smooth, makes every bite pure indulgence.

At Rossini, we cook the way we were taught at home, staying true to our culinary roots. And you can taste it in our desserts. Yes, they’re homemade — but more than that, they’re made to be shared, savoured slowly, and remembered fondly.
