World Tapas Day was created by the association Saborea España, which brings together various Spanish tourist destinations to promote the country’s gastronomy. This celebration aims to highlight the tapa not only for its culinary quality but also for its social and cultural value. Since its inception, this day has grown in popularity, spreading to more than 30 countries where events and activities related to tapas are organized.
